Today, April 24th, the draw for the Olympic Football tournaments is held at Wembley Stadium. The Men and Women’s tournament draws will take place and the Nadeshiko Japan and U23 Samurai Blue will find out tonight from 7 pm Japan time who they get drawn against at the Olympics when the group stages begin on 25 July (ladies) and 26 July (men). It should be noted that the football games will be played all over Britain (not just England, Scotland and Wales also get some games), so we won’t be calling it the London Olympics when we talk about football!
