Kawasaki Frontale (and referee) 3-0 Vissel Kobe
Sure Frontale's players are better than Vissel's, but they weren't really much better in this game ... but the referee made sure Vissel went down ... honest, mate, really! They wuz robbed! (But seriously, a PK given for a dive, a red card not given for a red card offence and the whole game was changed by the referee).

Paranoid? Moi? Vissel's Nagai chosen for Japan - Vissel not even mentioned!
Forgive me if I am out of order but why would Vissel Kobe not even get a mention in the article below? Nagai has played for Vissel already this season (and did again today, April 3rd). He is registered as a Vissel player, all be it under special circumstances... why would this not be mentioned? If it's "northern" bias, it's understandable, even predictable, but not a good thing in a national newspaper? If it is lack of knowledge, lazy reporting, or the like, can someone put them right, please!!?

Burzanovic 2-0 Vissel Kobe
Nagoya scored on two free kicks, Vissel wasted a load of possession .. a decent display, perhaps, for Vissel, but no points to show for it! Nagoya? Lucky!! I'd start worrying about where the goals will come from after a game like today!

Gamba Osaka 3-0 Singapore Armed Forces (ACL)
Gamba looked better than the "only" three goal margin suggests ... but still some work to do to get that top spot in the group.

The AFC Champions League - is it worth it?
Ken at The Rising Sun News gives us the rundown on the latest in the ACL - he has some interesting points indeed, so this one is unedited ... just the way he wrote it! Ken, come out and say what you really mean, stop beating around the bush!
Thanks for the all the good work you are doing for J.League - keep it up!
